Forest Faces (Pareidolia)
Seeing human‑like faces in trees, rocks, and shadows is what this section is all about. Pareidolia is the official word for it — the scientific explanation.
But if you enjoy using your imagination, and you believe the world still holds a thread or two of quiet magic, then pareidolia becomes something else entirely.
A walk in the woods becomes a meeting place.
A fallen log becomes an old storyteller.
A knot in the bark becomes someone watching over the trail.
Follow me, and I’ll introduce you to a few new friends you may have walked past a hundred times without ever noticing. Careful. Dryads can be mischievous.
